Role Overview:

This role is for a Lead Salesforce Developer with extensive experience in enterprise-level Salesforce implementations. The individual will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing Service Cloud solutions, integrating with various upstream systems, and leading the technical delivery lifecycle. A key aspect includes mentoring other developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build Service Cloud for workflow optimization.
• Integrate with upstream systems via REST, Bulk, FHIR APIs, Kafka, MQ, and event streams.
• Lead delivery activities including story grooming, solution design, code reviews, performance tuning, and CI/CD.
• Mentor developers and collaborate effectively with Architecture, Product, Security, and Data teams.

Required Skills:

• Salesforce Platform: Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Platform Developer 2 (PD2) Certification, Agentforce Specialist Certification, SFDC Developer/Admin experience, Service Cloud.
• Salesforce Development: Apex Language, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, SOQL, Visual Force Pages, Workflow & Approvals, Dashboards, Custom Objects, Package Installations, Email Templates, Formulas, Validation Rules, AppExchange, Roles & Profiles, Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Programming Languages: APEX, Core Java, JavaScript.
• Tools: Force.com IDE, Apex Data Loader, ANT.
• Integration Technologies: REST APIs, Bulk APIs, FHIR APIs, Kafka, MQ, Event Streams.
• AI & Agentforce: Agentforce, AI Agent Development.
• Delivery & Engineering: Story Grooming, Solution Design, Code Reviews, Performance Tuning, CI/CD.
• Methodologies: Agile.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Enterprise Implementations, Mentoring Developers, Collaboration with Architecture, Product, Security, and Data Teams, Strong Communication and Collaborative Skills.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of Salesforce experience.
• 8+ years leading enterprise implementations.
• 8+ years of SFDC Developer/Admin experience with Salesforce technologies.
• 1+ year of Salesforce Lightning Web Component development experience.
• 5+ years of experience with programming languages APEX, Core Java, and JavaScript.
• Salesforce Platform Developer 2 (PD2) Certification.
• Agentforce Specialist Certification.

Preferred Skills:

• 3-5 years of experience working with tools like AutoRABIT.
• Experience in SAFe methodology
