Role Overview:

This role is for a Lead Salesforce professional focused on designing and building Health Cloud and Service Cloud solutions. The position involves optimizing claims inventory workflows, integrating with various upstream systems via APIs and event streams, and leading the entire delivery lifecycle from story grooming to CI/CD. The role also includes mentoring developers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA/PHI security and auditability standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build Health Cloud + Service Cloud solutions for claims inventory workflow optimization.
• Integrate with upstream systems via REST, Bulk, and FHIR APIs, and event streams (Kafka/MQ).
• Lead delivery including story grooming, solution design, code reviews, performance tuning, and CI/CD.
• Govern compliance including HIPAA/PHI security, auditability, and role/permission modeling.
• Mentor developers and collaborate with Architecture, Product, Security, and Data teams.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience.
• 5+ years leading enterprise implementations.
• Health Cloud expertise.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) Certification.
• Agentforce Specialist Certification.
• 5+ years of SFDC Developer/Admin experience with Salesforce CRM, Apex Language, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, SOQL, Visualforce Pages, Workflow & Approvals, Dashboards, Custom Objects, Package Installations, Email Templates, Formulas, Validation Rules, AppExchange, Apex Data Loader, Roles & Profiles.
• 1+ years of Salesforce Lightning Web Component (LWC) development experience.
• 5+ years of experience with programming languages: Apex, Core Java, JavaScript.
• 3-5 years of experience working with Force.com IDE, Apex Data Loader, ANT.
• Experience in Agentforce building AI agents.
• Experience in Agile methodology.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• 5+ years of healthcare background (payer/provider, claims intake/routing).
• HIPAA/PHI compliance.
• REST, Bulk, and FHIR APIs.
• Kafka/MQ integration.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) Certification.
• Agentforce Specialist Certification.
• 5+ years of healthcare background.

Preferred Skills:

• AutoRABIT experience.
• SAFe methodology experience
