Description

Lead Salesforce development, implementation, and configuration efforts to meet business goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist architects with solution design, research, scoping, feasibility analysis, and proof of concept development.
• Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Manage Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization, including reports and dashboards.
• Integrate Force.com web services using SOAP, WSDL, REST, and SSL standards.
• Execute production deployments using CI/CD tools and manage migration via change-sets or ANT.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of IT experience, with 6-7 years specifically in Salesforce.com development.
• Proven track record of at least 6 completed projects in the Lightning version.
• Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Aura framework, and LWC.
• Proficiency with Triggers, SOQL, SFDX, Visual Studio, and Data Loader.
• Strong knowledge of Apex coding best practices and platform limitations.
• Hands-on experience with Sales, Service, and Experience/Community Clouds.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub, GitLab, Bamboo, or Copado.
• Strong JavaScript skills including HTML5, CSS, XML, AJAX, and jQuery.
• Salesforce Platform Developer 1 and App Builder certifications.

Preferred Skills

• Platform Developer 2 certification and Advanced Admin or Consultant certifications.
• Experience with Platform Events, Bulk API, Metadata API, or ETL tools like Informatica, Boomi, or Mulesoft.
• Background in Java, .NET, SQL, or PL/SQL.
