Description

You will lead Salesforce development, implementation, and configuration efforts while supporting architects in solution design.

Responsibilities

• Assist architects with solution design, research, scoping, impact analysis, and POC development.
• Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Aura, and LWC.
• Plan product development timelines, manage budgets, and align team goals with business requirements.
• Manage production deployments using CI/CD tools and handle migration via change-sets or ANT.
• Coordinate with global IT and business stakeholders to ensure technical alignment.

Required Skills

• 9-10 years of total IT experience with 6-7 years specifically in Salesforce development.
• Deep expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura framework.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration, including user roles, profiles, security setup, and reports/dashboards.
• Proficiency in SOQL, SFDX, Data Loader, and Visual Studio.
• Experience integrating Force.com Web services using SOAP, WSDL, REST, and SSL standards.
• Strong knowledge of Apex coding best practices, triggers, and unit testing for positive/negative scenarios.
• Practical experience with Flow, App Builder, Process Builder, and validation rules.
• Competency in HTML5, CSS, XML, AJAX, jQuery, and JavaScript frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Java, .NET, SQL, or PL/SQL.
• Knowledge of MuleSoft, Einstein Analytics, Platform Events, or Bulk/Metadata APIs.
