Description

Lead the technical direction of the Salesforce ecosystem, including integration with Snowflake and system modernization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Complete the integration of the Salesforce system with Snowflake.
• Develop a technical roadmap to replace or enhance current system components.
• Design, develop, and deploy custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Manage Salesforce environments, including sandbox management, metadata deployment, and version control.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and administrators.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce Architecture and Development.
• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing complex Salesforce integrations.
• 2+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs and third-party app integrations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data models.
• Experience using DevOps tools like Copado for Salesforce.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce developer and administrator certification(s).
• Experience with Snowflake, Mulesoft, Informatica Cloud, or Tableau Cloud.
• Salesforce Government Cloud experience.
