You will lead the development and technical execution of scalable Salesforce solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, batch processes, and asynchronous jobs.
• Build and optimize Lightning Web Components (LWCs) and Aura components.
• Implement complex Flow automation and extend Service Cloud features like Omni-Channel and Case Management.
• Design and build integrations using Salesforce REST APIs, Platform Events, and External Services.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers on best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Expertise in Apex (classes, triggers, batch, async jobs).
• Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Deep knowledge of Service Cloud configuration and customization.
• Experience with REST API development and building integrations.
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile Methodology, and DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing, and governor limits.
• Experience with version control using Git.
