Description

You will lead enterprise Salesforce development, establish best practices, and mentor the technical delivery team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and establish development patterns for the COE technical delivery organization.
• Mentor technical staff on Salesforce development practices and code quality.
• Participate in agile ceremonies including story refinement, planning, and code reviews.
• Enhance DevOps processes related to pipelines, monitoring, and test automation.
• Evaluate products and create prototypes or proofs of concept to meet business goals.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience developing enterprise-level applications, including full-stack Salesforce development.
• Expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, Triggers, Complex Formulas, Workflows, and Security.
• Strong knowledge of the SFDC Data Model across various clouds and products.
• Subject matter expertise in branching and code merging using GIT or equivalent.
• Experience with enterprise cross-system integration concepts, including APIs and event processing.
• 2-3 years of experience working within a Scrum team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certifications such as Platform Developer I/II or Administrator.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Copado.
• Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud or MuleSoft.
