Description

You will lead Salesforce development, designing enterprise solutions using Apex, LWC, and flows while managing the full delivery lifecycle from prototyping to production.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain solutions using Apex, LWC, flows, triggers, and complex formulas.
• Design and document development patterns and best practices for technical teams.
• Evaluate requirements by building prototypes and Proofs of Concept.
• Enhance DevOps processes for pipelines, monitoring, and test automation.
• Participate in agile ceremonies including planning, refinement, and code reviews.

Required Skills

• 4+ years developing enterprise-level applications with full-stack Salesforce.com expertise.
• Expert knowledge of SFDC Data Model across various cloud products.
• Strong experience with Apex, LWCs, and core Salesforce development patterns.
• Proficiency in branching and code merging practices within GIT.
• Familiarity with enterprise cross-system integration concepts, including APIs.
• 2-3 years experience operating within a Scrum team environment.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Copado.
• Familiarity with MuleSoft or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
