Description

Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions, including architecture, data modeling, and integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement custom objects, workflows, approvals, and complex integration flows.
• Define Salesforce architecture, including data models, security models, and integration patterns.
• Guide development teams and provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Evaluate Salesforce products and ensure adherence to security standards and best practices.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of experience in Salesforce development and leadership.
• Expertise in Salesforce architecture and data modeling.
• Proven experience designing complex integration flows.
• Ability to define and manage security models within Salesforce.
• Experience leading development teams through full implementation lifecycles.
• Strong technical documentation skills for architecture and specifications.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
