Architect and lead the implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions in Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of applications using Apex, LWC, and Aura Components.
• Architect Salesforce solutions that align with technical standards and business objectives.
• Mentor junior developers and lead sprint planning, code reviews, and deployment processes.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party platforms and APIs using REST and SOAP.
• Optimize performance, data models, and automation workflows across custom and standard objects.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience, including 2+ years in a lead or senior capacity.
• Expertise in Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Architecture, deployment models, and security protocols.
• Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD tools, and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in Salesforce APIs and integrations.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer I & II).
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Knowledge of MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Jitterbit.
