Description

You will lead technical execution for complex Salesforce solutions, owning the full development lifecycle from design to deployment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy Apex classes, triggers, batch processes, and asynchronous jobs.
• Build and optimize Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components.
• Implement complex Flow automation adhering to performance and maintainability standards.
• Design integrations using Salesforce REST APIs, Platform Events, and External Services.
• Lead code reviews, enforce standards, and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Expertise in Apex (classes, triggers, batch, async).
• Proven ability to build and optimize Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Deep understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud features (Omni-Channel, Case Management).
• Proficiency in Flow Builder, including record-triggered and screen flows.
• Experience with REST API development and integration patterns.
• Strong grasp of Salesforce security, sharing models, and governor limits.
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodology, and DevOps practices.
• Experience using data tools such as Data Loader and Workbench.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I & II.
• Experience with Einstein features and AI-driven workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Omni-channel implementation.
