Description

You will serve as Lead Developer and Solution Architect, planning technical goals and delivering complex implementations for state contract standards. You will mentor junior staff and apply technical latitude to solve architectural challenges.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute technical goals in collaboration with the engineering team.
• Mentor less experienced staff to improve team technical capabilities.
• Design and implement solutions following established state contract standards.
• Apply creativity to solve complex architectural challenges.
• Deliver complex Salesforce implementations and integrations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in software development and architecture.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce development.
• Proficiency in Visualforce.
• Experience with MuleSoft integrations.
• Strong background in .NET, .NET OOP, and SOLID principles.
• Competent in JavaScript and SQL.
• Degree in any field of study.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IT professional services standards.
