Description

Lead technical planning and delivery of complex Salesforce implementations and integrations for state contract standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute technical goals in collaboration with the engineering team.
• Mentor less experienced staff to improve team technical capabilities.
• Design and implement solutions following established state contract standards.
• Apply technical latitude to solve complex architectural challenges.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in software development and architecture.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce development.
• Proficiency in Visualforce.
• Experience with MuleSoft integrations.
• Strong background in .NET, .NET OOP, and SOLID principles.
• Competent in JavaScript and SQL.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IT professional services standards.
