Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

Lead Salesforce development initiatives and provide technical guidance to development teams

Define architecture, coding standards, and best practices for Salesforce implementations

Review code, mentor junior developers, and ensure quality delivery

Salesforce Development

Design and develop solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex Classes, Triggers, and Visualforce (as needed)

Build and optimize Salesforce CRM functionality including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom objects

Develop reusable components and scalable integrations

Business & System Collaboration

Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

Participate in solution design, estimations, and technical documentation

Support Agile/Scrum development processes

Integration & Automation

Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools

Develop automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Apex

Ensure efficient data handling, bulk processing, and governor limit compliance

Deployment & Support

Manage deployments using tools such as Change Sets, Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD pipelines

Provide production support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization

Ensure security, data integrity, and compliance with Salesforce best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

8+ years of overall Salesforce development experience

3+ years in a Lead or Senior Salesforce Developer role

Strong expertise in:

Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Apex Classes, Triggers, Test Classes

Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)

Solid understanding of:

Salesforce security model (profiles, roles, permission sets)

Governor limits and performance optimization

Data modeling and SOQL/SOSL

Experience with Agile development methodologies

Strong problem-solving and communication skills
