Description

You will own the technical direction of Salesforce development initiatives, defining architecture and coding standards while mentoring the team.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce development and provide technical guidance to ensure quality delivery and adherence to best practices.
• Design and build scalable solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Triggers, and Visualforce.
• Implement integrations via REST/SOAP APIs and automate business processes using Flows and Apex.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and deployments using Salesforce DX and Change Sets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and support Agile processes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall Salesforce development experience.
• 3+ years in a Lead or Senior Salesforce Developer role.
• Strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex Classes, Triggers, and Test Classes.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and data modeling.
• Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security models, governor limits, and performance optimization.
• Proficiency in SOQL/SOSL and API integration patterns.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with middleware tools for complex integrations.
