Description

You will design and develop Salesforce solutions to support sales organization processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement customized solutions using Apex, SOQL, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Build custom apps, objects, formulas, validation rules, flows, and dashboards on the Salesforce platform.
• Configure third-party applications and manage platform integrations.
• Partner with Product and Sales Managers to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Manage project timelines, troubleshoot platform issues, and oversee data cleanup and migration efforts.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience with a focus on Salesforce development.
• Extensive experience with Apex, SOQL, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Proven expertise in Force.Com, VisualForce page development, and workflow automation.
• Strong systems thinking and the ability to take ownership of end-to-end development efforts.
• Experience managing Salesforce projects from requirement analysis to deployment.
• Required Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Required Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
