Description

You will serve as the technical lead for the Salesforce platform, owning the design, development, and maintenance of agency applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own all technical aspects of Salesforce programs, including data modeling, migrations, and system integrations.
• Design, test, and deploy application releases within client/server and web server environments.
• Manage technical change and release processes for all Salesforce-related technology efforts.
• Identify technical risks and provide backup and recovery solutions using OwnBackup.
• Implement solutions across multiple platforms, focusing on system integration and authentication.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• 2+ years of experience with Public Sector Foundation for licensing and permitting.
• Proficiency in Apex, Force.com, Java, SOQL, and Salesforce Flow Builder.
• Experience developing with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visual Flow Pages, Batch Apex, and Apex triggers.
• Proven track record migrating from Workflow rules and Process Builder to Flow Builder.
• Knowledge of web services, REST services, and data transport technologies.
• Experience with OmniScripts and Conga Composer for document generation.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Azure DevOps.
• 3+ years of experience in Database Architecture.
