Description

You will lead the design, development, and deployment of custom Salesforce solutions for various clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of Salesforce solutions while overseeing the development team.
• Collaborate with product teams to provide technical direction and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Design and implement custom solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Manage the full software development life cycle within an Agile/Scrum environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and administration.
• Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Proficiency with SOQL, SOSL, and database modeling.
• Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations and web integrations.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce security, governor limits, and best practices.
• Proven experience leading Salesforce development teams.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
