Lead a six-person in-house development team to manage technical delivery within a Salesforce environment. Own and test your own code while mentoring onshore and offshore engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of six developers, including three onshore and three offshore engineers.
• Manage technical delivery within an in-house Salesforce environment.
• Write, test, and own your own code and developments.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Cloud and Financial Services Cloud.
• Salesforce Platform App Builder and Platform Developer I or II certifications.
• Proficiency in CSS.
• Experience working in an in-house Salesforce team rather than a consulting capacity.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
