Description

Lead enterprise Salesforce development and establish technical best practices for the Center of Excellence.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, flows, triggers, and custom formulas.
• Design and implement security models, data architecture, and cross-system integrations.
• Establish development patterns, documentation standards, and code review processes for the team.
• Enhance DevOps pipelines, including test automation, monitoring, and CI/CD workflows.
• Mentor technical staff and evaluate solution viability through proof-of-concepts.

Required Skills

• 4+ years developing enterprise-level applications with full-stack Salesforce.com experience.
• Deep knowledge of the Salesforce Data Model across various clouds and products.
• Expertise in core development features: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Triggers.
• 2-3 years working within a Scrum team environment.
• Proficiency in Git branching strategies and code merging practices.
• Experience with enterprise cross-system integration concepts and APIs.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Copado.
• Familiarity with MuleSoft or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Relevant Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II).
