Lead technical strategy and roadmap execution for Salesforce organizations to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Define scalable, secure technical solutions and architectures across all Salesforce orgs.
• Mentor junior developers and manage development teams to foster technical growth.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with CSM, Functional Leads, and Scrum Masters to manage project execution and dependencies.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks to protect project timelines and system stability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional development experience.
• Expertise in Salesforce development and architecture.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to analyze user stories and define technical design patterns.
• Experience working within Scrum frameworks and collaborating with Scrum Masters.
• Strong technical documentation and code review capabilities.
• Any Graduate degree.
