Lead technical strategy and architecture for Salesforce organizations to deliver scalable, secure solutions aligned with business objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define technical roadmaps and architecture across all Salesforce orgs.
• Mentor junior developers and manage development teams to drive technical growth.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with CSMs, Functional Leads, and Scrum Masters to manage project execution.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks to protect project timelines and system stability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional development experience.
• Expertise in Salesforce development and architecture.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to analyze user stories and define technical design patterns.
• Experience working within Scrum frameworks.
• Strong technical documentation and code review capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading technical strategy and aligning goals with business needs.
