Description

You will lead the design, development, and implementation of customizable Salesforce solutions to meet CRM requirements.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and build extensible, reusable Lightning Web Components and custom end-user solutions.
• Develop complex logic using Apex triggers, classes, and batch jobs while respecting Salesforce governing limits.
• Manage data modeling and object relationships using DML, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Implement security frameworks using profiles, permission sets, public groups, and sharing rules.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and testers within an Agile environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and configuration experience.
• Proficiency in Apex programming and JavaScript.
• Expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Lightning Design System.
• Deep understanding of SOQL, SOSL, and DML operations.
• Experience with Salesforce automation tools including Flows, Workflow, and Approval Processes.
• Strong background in data modeling and object-oriented design patterns.
• Proficiency with VS Code, SFDX, and Git (e.g., Bitbucket).
• Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud setup and configurations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Mobile and Test Driven Development (TDD).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Communities, MuleSoft, Einstein, or AutoRabbit.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and Investment Banking or Global Markets domains.
• Relevant Salesforce Certifications.
