Description

Lead the design, development, and technical troubleshooting of complex software solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop secure, high-quality production code and perform code reviews and debugging.
• Design and implement creative software solutions to solve technical problems.
• Automate the remediation of recurring issues to improve operational stability.
• Lead evaluation sessions with external vendors and internal teams on architectural designs.
• Drive awareness and adoption of new technologies through communities of practice.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of applied experience in Salesforce development.
• Extensive experience writing Apex classes, triggers, and SOQL.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Design System.
• Proficiency in HTML, XML, JavaScript, and OOP principles.
• Experience building REST APIs using Java Spring Boot.
• Advanced understanding of agile methodologies, CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
• Proficiency in cloud, AI, ML, or mobile disciplines.

Preferred Skills

• Proven ability in automation and continuous delivery methods.
