Description

Lead technical development and offshore coordination for platform scaling initiatives, building new services and data models to operationalize the platform at scale.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build new services and data models to operationalize the platform at scale.
• Manage technical delivery through interaction with offshore teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, product designers, and product managers.
• Automate manual processes and implement best practices for code quality.
• Participate in product reviews and team technical discussions.

Required Skills

• 5 to 7 years of experience developing on Salesforce using Apex, LWC, and APIs.
• 7 to 10 years of total professional experience.
• Strong proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Ability to perform full-stack development work.
• Working knowledge of Java or the ability to learn it quickly.
• Solid understanding of database concepts and SQL.
• Experience with non-relational data stores.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of AWS.
