Lead development efforts for production problem resolution and code changes within a DevOps team.

Responsibilities

• Execute code changes to resolve production issues within a DevOps framework.
• Lead development tasks using Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Apply domain expertise to address requirements in US Healthcare and Pharmaceutical Patient Services.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality delivery of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce platform development.
• Hands-on experience working within Scrum/Agile environments.
• Direct experience with US Healthcare systems or Pharmaceutical Patient Services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
