Description

You will lead development teams to deliver business requirements through technical leadership and architectural collaboration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams in implementing best approaches to meet business needs and overcome technical impediments.
• Build custom applications using Visualforce and Apex to automate business processes and data updates.
• Integrate Salesforce with backend systems using SOAP, REST, and various API techniques including bulk, streaming, and metadata APIs.
• Manage end-to-end code management strategies and execute environment strategies.
• Perform data migrations from legacy systems and manage bulk data imports/exports using Data Loader.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• 4+ years of experience with Visualforce, SFDC Apex, SQL/SOQL, XML, HTML, and development IDEs.
• Proficiency with SOAP and REST integration techniques.
• 2+ years of experience with Javascript, HTTP protocols, AJAX, XML, and JSON.
• Understanding of CSS, XLS, and repositories such as SVN, CVS, or GitHub.
• Solid understanding of relational database concepts and system development methodologies.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Deep understanding of Salesforce governor limits and mitigation strategies.
• Proficiency in Java development and Object-Oriented Programming concepts.
• Experience managing subordinate staff and day-to-day performance.
