Description

Lead Salesforce Developer responsible for translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions adhering to Salesforce architecture best practices.
• Develop and maintain features using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Implement integrations using Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and OAuth, managing governor limits effectively.
• Manage deployment cycles using CI/CD tools and Salesforce DX.
• Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP), OAuth, and integration patterns.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, and governor limits.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Git and Jenkins.
• Experience with Salesforce DX.
• Must hold Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications.
• Must hold Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer.
• Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I.
