Description

You will lead Salesforce development initiatives and provide technical guidance to engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Define architecture, coding standards, and best practices for Salesforce implementations.
• Design and develop solutions using LWC, Apex Classes, Triggers, and Visualforce.
• Build and optimize CRM functionality across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom objects.
• Manage deployments using Change Sets, Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall Salesforce development experience.
• 3+ years in a Lead or Senior Salesforce Developer role.
• Strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex Classes, and Triggers.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security model (profiles, roles, permission sets).
• Experience with Git and CI/CD Pipelines.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Ability to handle Governor limits and performance optimization.
