Description

You will lead the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions while providing technical guidance to the development team.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement sustainable Salesforce solutions that align with business goals and technical best practices.
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentorship of junior members, and enforcement of coding standards.
• Own the end-to-end resolution of Salesforce system issues, outages, and escalated administrative support requests.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and business analysts to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
• Manage hands-on configuration including user management, custom objects, Flows, Lightning Pages, and Custom Metadata Types.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience implementing and configuring SFDC for 200+ users.
• 4+ years of experience managing and implementing Salesforce CPQ.
• 4+ years of experience managing Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot).
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect or technical lead on large-scale projects.
• Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools like Flow and Process Builder.
• Hands-on experience with Conga CPQ and Conga Composer.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Maps and the Lightning Platform.
• Strong knowledge of integration patterns, data modeling, and security considerations.
• Experience working within Agile and SCRUM development methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications such as Certified Application Architect, Certified System Architect, or Certified Technical Architect.
