Description

You will lead the technical design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions in an Agile environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design technical solutions and detailed documentation for prioritized product capabilities.
• Lead the development lifecycle from initial design through testing and production deployment.
• Manage release cycles by creating deployment playbooks, back-out plans, and communication strategies.
• Facilitate technical sessions with developers and coordinate go-live activities.
• Ensure all code meets coverage requirements, test class standards, and health metrics.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of relevant work experience or a degree in Computer Science.
• Expertise in Salesforce platform programming including Apex and Visualforce.
• Hands-on experience with Lightning Component framework and Lightning Web Component development.
• Proficiency with Lightning Design System and Aura components.
• Experience using declarative tools such as Process Builder, Visual Workflow, and Lightning App Builder.
• Strong background in release management, environment management, and sandbox refreshes.
• Proven experience using Jira for story point estimation and requirement tracking.
• Working knowledge of Agile project management practices.

• Agile project management certifications.
