Lead technical design, custom development, and support engineering teams to deliver Salesforce solutions.

You will own the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design sessions and identify gaps between current and desired end states.
• Direct a team of support engineers while balancing resource allocation and professional development.
• Define coding standards and lead code reviews to ensure quality and design pattern adherence.
• Act as the primary communication link between key customers and internal teams to resolve technical issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and system customization.
• Proficiency in Apex programming for custom business logic.
• Expertise in developing Lightning Web Components (LWC) using HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Deep knowledge of the Salesforce object model, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Experience with Platform Events, REST, SOAP, Metadata, and Streaming APIs.
• Proven ability to design scalable, performance-driven architectures.
• Strong understanding of environment management, release management, and code versioning.
• Experience implementing and supporting Sales and Service Cloud.
• Minimum Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
• Experience managing services and leading multi-faceted internal teams.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
