·      Breaks down complex CRM requirements into scalable, maintainable Apex, LWC, and flow-based solutions.
·      Drives cross-team collaboration and aligns Salesforce solutions with broader business and platform goals.
·      Establishes and enforces best practices for Apex development, Lightning Web Components, automated testing, and deployment.
·      Designs and maintains integration patterns between Salesforce and external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, event-driven architectures).
·      Anticipates technical risks (governor limits, data model scalability, org health) and implements mitigation strategies.
·      Leads incident response and root cause analysis for critical Salesforce production issues.
·      Influences Salesforce roadmap planning through technical insight and feasibility analysis.
