Description

Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of Salesforce applications and system enhancements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy new applications and enhancements to existing software and operating systems.
• Identify and resolve business systems issues while monitoring system performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve system effectiveness and efficiency.
• Oversee the training of junior engineers to improve technical skills and work efficiency.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Salesforce Development experience.
• Implementing nCino Solutions platform (Manage Packages).
• Salesforce Sales Cloud and Financial Services Cloud integration.
• Apex classes and Visualforce proficiency.
• Configuring Flows, Process Builder, Workflows, Validation Rules, and Custom Settings.
• Working with Managed Apps on the Salesforce 1 platform.
• Experience in Agile environments and reading user stories.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I or Certified Force.com Developer (DEV-401) certification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading technical strategy for system effectiveness.
