Description

You will lead the design, development, and implementation of custom Salesforce applications to meet complex business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions.
• Manage daily support, maintenance, and long-term improvements of the internal Salesforce instance.
• Oversee solution design and delivery, including integration with existing architecture and other platforms.
• Evaluate CRM and case management processes to identify Salesforce-enabled enhancements and Einstein Analytics automation.
• Collaborate with business application owners and internal departments to ensure functionality and performance.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of experience conveying technical and functional concepts for a specific technical specialty.
• 14+ years of experience preparing complex technical documentation.
• Proficiency in Apex and Salesforce Lightning.
• Experience with Visual Force and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of Native and MySQL.
• Ability to integrate Salesforce with applications built on different platforms and languages.
• Expertise in managing user permissions, security settings, custom objects, and workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Developer Certification.
