Description

Lead the design and implementation of complex Salesforce integrations and core platform features, owning the development lifecycle from API design to custom component delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement complex Salesforce integrations with external systems.
• Develop custom business logic and UI components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
• Build and manage API developments to ensure seamless data connectivity.
• Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams using agile methodologies to drive delivery.
• Ensure high code quality and attention to detail across the entire development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and integration.
• Mastery of Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Proficiency with Salesforce Flows for process automation.
• Experience with API development and various integration tools.
• At least two relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., PDII, Advanced Admin, App Builder, or Integration Architect).
• Proven leadership experience in a development environment.
• Experience working within agile methodologies.
