Description

You will serve as the primary technical architect, translating clinical and operational requirements into technical implementations aligned with business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design technology solutions within the Salesforce and CRM domain.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring technical configuration and development meet requirements on time.
• Manage a team of Salesforce and CRM administrators, developers, and third-party vendors, including recruitment and performance evaluation.
• Execute and document Proof of Concept (PoC) results for new Salesforce features and communicate business outcomes to leadership.
• Establish procedures for project and release management, including user documentation and SOPs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in a leadership role managing Salesforce development teams.
• 7+ years of experience in IT applications or technical operations.
• Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce products, including Apex, Lightning, and FSL.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration and development.
• Experience implementing and integrating cloud platforms at an enterprise scale.
• Proficiency with Agile software delivery models.
• Experience leading large, multi-year, business-critical Salesforce projects.
• Strong background in change management and building high-performing teams.
• BS or BA in Technical Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
