Description

You will lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complex Salesforce projects from technical design through to production deployment.
• Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and APIs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues affecting workflows and integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and suggest process improvements.
• Manage user adoption, training, and change management to maximize platform engagement.

Required Skills

• 5–7 years of enterprise-level Salesforce experience, including platform optimizations.
• Expertise in Sales Cloud, Topdesk, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, and system integrations.
• Strong technical proficiency in Apex, LWC, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce security and data governance practices.
• Hands-on experience with DocuSign for workflow management.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results independently.
• Experience implementing Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes.
