Description

Drive solution design, lead business requirement gathering, and guide the delivery of Salesforce implementations across key business areas.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives from concept to delivery as a subject matter expert with minimal supervision.
• Write detailed requirements using use cases, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and process or system modeling.
• Configure and manage SFDC components including custom objects, workflows, triggers, and integrations.
• Conduct impact assessments and level-of-effort estimations alongside cross-functional teams.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, user stories, workflow diagrams, and functional maps.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience (or 6+ years with a Master's degree).
• 5+ years in a business or technical analyst role, specifically within commercial functions like sales, marketing, or call centers.
• 5+ years of IT experience supporting Salesforce.com and integrated systems in SMB or enterprise environments.
• Proven experience in Salesforce functional configuration.
• Proficiency in creating functional mock-ups, flowcharts, and technical documentation.
• Deep understanding of use cases, user interactions, and database architecture.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system design and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Experience with Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, IoT Cloud, and Communities.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Administrator Certification and Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
• Experience in regulated industries such as pharmaceutical or medical devices.
• Knowledge of Lean Business Process (LBP) frameworks.
