Description

Lead end-to-end testing for Salesforce Service Cloud implementations in regulated environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement test strategies aligned with compliance requirements.
• Lead test planning, scope definition, and risk analysis.
• Review and approve Test Plans, Test Scripts, and Traceability Matrices.
• Manage defect triage and oversee system, regression, unit, and validation testing.
• Collaborate with BAs, developers, and compliance teams to meet testing objectives.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of professional QA experience.
• Strong manual testing expertise in test case creation and execution.
• Experience managing test planning, monitoring, and control.
• Proven leadership ability to manage QA testers and assign tasks.
• Deep knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and find effective solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Computer System Validation (CSV).
• Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud features like Case Management and Omni Channel.
