Description

Lead testing for Salesforce Sales, Service, and Financial Services Clouds in an Agile environment. You will own the test strategy for complex integrations and guide the QA team through execution.

Responsibilities

• Create test strategies and plans for user stories, features, and epics to ensure full coverage of acceptance criteria.
• Execute System Integration Testing (SIT), Disaster Recovery (DR), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for concurrent projects.
• Test core Salesforce capabilities including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, flows, triggers, and complex formulas.
• Manage defect reporting and tracking via Azure DevOps (ADO) and coordinate with project managers, SMEs, and business stakeholders.
• Mentor team members, build test execution metrics, and coach on QA best practices within the Agile lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in QA scripting and testing.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud.
• Proficiency in testing Apex, LWCs, Aura components, and platform security.
• Experience with System Integration Testing (SIT) and cross-system API interactions.
• Strong background in Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, refinement, and ceremonies.
• Ability to manage test data planning and conditioning for complex scenarios.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience testing Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Mulesoft integrations.
• Knowledge of enterprise cross-system integration testing patterns.
