Description

You will lead SAP ABAP design, development, and operational systems within a public sector environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead development teams of 10–15 resources.
• Direct ABAP design and implementation processes.
• Oversee SAP operational systems within public sector frameworks.
• Provide technical training, mentoring, and knowledge transfer.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a lead SAP developer.
• Extensive experience in ABAP design and development.
• Strong expertise in object-oriented ABAP programming.
• 4+ years of experience with SAP operational systems in a Public Sector environment.
• 2+ years of experience in mentoring and technical training.
• Proven track record managing teams of 10–15 people.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
