Roles and Responsibilities:

• Act as IT SAP Authorization process owner for the ACE application and align authorization operations with Flat IT Europe strategy and objectives.
• Oversee SAP Authorization Management for business-as-usual support, business role build (evolutions and rollouts), and risk management including restricted access and Segregation of Duties monitoring.
• Manage and support the SAP Authorization team on daily operations, including periodic incident reviews and authorization change status coordination with IT functional teams.
• Build, administer, and deploy user provisioning and Segregation of Duties monitoring tools; update risk rulesets and ensure SOPs are followed by business and IT communities.
• Coordinate with ABAP development and service management to implement custom authorization-related developments and provide audit answers/evidence for SOx testers and auditors.

Skills Required:

• 8 - 15 years of relevant experience in SAP authorization management, user administration, and SOx/SOD controls.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA authorization concept and authorization management experience (including user administration and Segregation of Duties monitoring).
• SOX IT General Controls execution experience, including SAP user access management audit readiness and responses to auditors.
• Expertise in standard and custom authorization settings, authorization traces, SAP User Information System, and authorization upgrades.
• Experience with SAP authorization tooling such as profile generation/role derivation and familiarity with SAP ABAP authority-check and debugging concepts.

Good to Have:

• SAP Fiori authorization concept and authorization handling.

Education: B.E., B.Tech, B.Tech M.Tech (Dual), BCA, or MCA (Information Security preferred)
