Description

You will own the SAP Authorization process for the ACE application, managing user provisioning, role builds, and Segregation of Duties (SOD) monitoring in alignment with Flat IT Europe strategy. You will lead the authorization team, coordinate with ABAP development for custom solutions, and ensure audit readiness for SOX controls.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SAP S/4HANA authorization management, including business role evolution, rollouts, and restricted access monitoring.
• Manage the SAP Authorization team, handling daily operations, incident reviews, and coordination with IT functional teams.
• Build and administer user provisioning and SOD monitoring tools, updating risk rulesets and ensuring SOP compliance.
• Coordinate with ABAP development and service management to implement custom authorization developments.
• Provide audit evidence and responses to SOX testers and auditors for IT General Controls.

Required Skills

• 8-15 years of experience in SAP authorization management, user administration, and SOX/SOD controls.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA authorization concepts, user administration, and SOD monitoring.
• Experience with SOX IT General Controls execution and audit readiness.
• Proficiency in standard and custom authorization settings, authorization traces, and SAP User Information System.
• Familiarity with SAP authorization tooling, profile generation, role derivation, and ABAP authority-check debugging.
• Education: B.E., B.Tech, B.Tech M.Tech (Dual), BCA, or MCA (Information Security preferred).

Preferred Skills

• SAP Fiori authorization concepts and handling.
