Lead the SAP HCM and CATS operational and change request work for the Americas region, covering the US, Canada, Brazil, and Mexico.
Responsibilities
Lead the onsite HCM team to manage daily operational tasks and change requests across multiple countries.
Prioritize and resolve client issues during business hours in a client-facing capacity.
Maintain SLA adherence for all incidents, service catalogue items, and tasks within the HCM domain.
Manage the full development lifecycle including requirement gathering, functional specifications, configuration, testing, UAT, and production deployment.
Execute technical tasks including design fixes, environment movement, and deployment.
Required Skills
10+ years of professional experience in SAP development.
Minimum 6 years of OO ABAP development experience in complex landscapes.
Minimum 3 years of development experience in S/4 HANA.
Strong hands-on development experience in RICEF.
Proficiency with Adobe forms, AMDP, CDS, and ALV.
Expertise in BADI, BAPI, User Exits, Customer Exits, and Enhancement Spots.
Hands-on experience with Data Dictionary Objects, classical/interactive reporting, Detail List, ALV Grid, and text Elements.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
