Description

Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP S/4 Finance processes, ensuring a clean core environment with minimal custom development.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive SAP Best Practice solutions to maintain a clean core free of unnecessary customization.
• Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and document business, functional, and technical specifications.
• Map complex AS-IS and TO-BE business processes and workflows.
• Review and approve end-user test cases and validate user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Maintain client relationships to align technical solutions with evolving business requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT functional areas and business operations.
• Extensive expertise in SAP FI/CO and SAP S/4.
• Proven ability to perform business process analysis and workflow mapping.
• Experience writing Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and functional specifications.
• Strong capability in developing and validating test cases.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information to all levels of management and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
