Description

You will lead SAP Transportation Management implementations and design complex logistics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements to provide conceptual and detailed designs for automated solutions.
• Perform SAP configurations and write detailed specifications for ABAP custom programs.
• Lead small, globally distributed teams through blueprinting workshops and project execution.
• Design customized transactions and programs to meet specific business needs within SAP TMS or S/4HANA.
• Manage end-to-end system integration between SAP and non-SAP systems, including EDI and IDocs.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• 7+ years of hands-on SAP Transportation Management (TM) experience, including 2+ TMS implementations.
• Extensive experience implementing BRF+ based SAP customized business logic.
• Proven experience migrating SAP TMS solutions to S/4HANA TM.
• Deep knowledge of SAP TM Enterprise Structure, Freight Unit Management, and Load Planning Optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Freight Payment Management, carrier tendering, and transportation charge management.
• Proficiency in SAP SD and MM module integration with SAP TM.
• Experience with Freight Unit Building, Trip Planning, and PPF output triggering.
• Knowledge of SAP TM/EWM/EM integration and 3PL logistics execution.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent; or equivalent progressive specialty experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in solution architecture and pre-sales.
• Background in management-consulting environments requiring regular travel.

Key Skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
