Description

Lead SAP Transportation Management implementations and design end-to-end logistics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements to provide conceptual and detailed designs for automated solutions.
• Drive blueprinting workshops independently and lead small, globally distributed teams.
• Perform SAP configurations and write detailed specifications for ABAP custom program development.
• Design customized transactions and programs within SAP TMS or S/4HANA TM environments.
• Manage testing and implementation phases for complex system landscapes.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of SAP Transportation Management (TM) experience, including at least 2 TMS implementations.
• 7+ years of hands-on SAP Logistics execution experience in product supply chain projects.
• Extensive experience implementing BRF+ based SAP customized business logic.
• Proven experience with SAP TMS solution migration to S/4HANA TM.
• Deep knowledge of TM Enterprise Structure, Freight Unit Management, and Load Planning Optimization.
• Expertise in Freight Planning, Charge Management, and Carrier Invoice Integration.
• Experience with SAP TM/EWM/EM integration and SD/MM module integration within ECC or S/4HANA.
• Technical proficiency in EDI, Integration, IDocs, 3PL, and Logistic Execution.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in solution architecture and pre-sales.
• 7+ years of experience in Business Process Consulting and Architecture/Design.

Key Skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
