Description

You will lead project lifecycles and manage complex work streams within a commercial banking environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement project plans covering resources, scope, schedule, cost, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Manage work streams and prepare status reports to align execution with stakeholder strategy.
• Coordinate project personnel activities to ensure delivery within time and budget constraints.
• Lead daily stand-ups, status meetings, and working sessions while tracking action items.
• Provide subject matter expertise to resolve complex project issues and ensure adherence to program governance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Deep expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Background in commercial banking.
• Proficiency with Jira.
• Proficiency with MS Project.
• Experience managing sponsors, approvers, and stakeholders.
• Ability to lead and motivate internal and external resources.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex multi-stream delivery in regulated financial environments.
