You lead teams through the Scrum process and drive continuous improvement.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope and timelines for each initiative.
• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups.
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks and guide development teams toward higher Scrum maturity.
• Facilitate internal communication and collaboration.
• Resolve conflicts and remove impediments blocking the team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant working experience.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
• Experience coaching teams in Scrum.
• Skilled in backlog management and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to ensure sprint deliverables meet quality standards.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience scaling Scrum practices across multiple teams.
• Familiarity with remote collaboration tools.
